Delivery Information

We use the following carriers to deliver your packages:

Delivery Times:

All items shipped with tracking information.
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
DPD & UPS normally provide a 1-hour delivery window and will notify you via text or email on the day of delivery with this time slot.

Special Delivery Requests:

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Additional Surcharges:

For parcels over 1kg delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Scottish Highlands, an additional surcharge will apply.
These regions may also not be eligible for next-day delivery.
